30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Return Period: Cancel your membership and return your EEG headband within 30 days for any reason.
  • Return Process: Email us at support@listenalphabeats.com to initiate a return. Once we receive the EEG headband, a full refund will be processed. See additional details below.
  • alphabeats membership: Your membership will continue until the end of the current billing month after cancellation. No auto-renewal after that.

Headband Return Instructions

  • Email support@listenalphabeats.com to start the return process for the EEG headband.
    • Return Requirements:
    • Please return the headband in the original packaging with all accessories.
    • Device must be operational and undamaged (except if it arrived damaged).
    • Shipping Costs: Members are responsible for shipping costs and risks of damage during return shipping.

  • Refund Processing Time: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund after we receive the unit. Keep the return shipment receipt until the refund is processed.

  • Warranty: One-year warranty provided by EEG headband. Contact alphabeats customer support at support@listenalphabeats.com for warranty claims.

After 30 days

  • alphabeats prepaid membership fees and any EEG headband bought through a bundle offer are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime but will retain access through the end of the prepaid period.
